Roles and Responsibilities

RPA & AI Development

Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots integrated with AI capabilities, such as natural language processing (NLP) for call routing or machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics. Automate call center processes including inbound and outbound call handling, customer inquiries, data entry, and workflow management. Integrate RPA and AI solutions with telephony systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise applications.

Process Analysis & Innovation

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation and AI enhancement. Conduct in-depth assessments of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose intelligent automation solutions. Solution Design

Develop process flow diagrams, solution architecture, and detailed technical documentation for RPA and AI implementations. Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, security, and compliance in mind, integrating AI where it can add value.

Telephony Systems & Voice Recognition

Develop and maintain automated call systems that utilize voice recognition and telephony integration to improve customer interaction and streamline communication processes. Collaborate with the IT and customer service teams to optimize the functionality and user experience of automated call solutions.

Testing & Deployment

Perform rigorous testing of RPA bots, AI models, and telephony systems to ensure reliability and accuracy in production environments. Monitor and maintain deployed bots, AI systems, and call automation solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Optimization & Maintenance

Continuously monitor bot performance, AI outcomes, and call system efficiency, making necessary adjustments to optimize processes and enhance user experience. Regularly update and maintain existing bots, AI systems, and automated call solutions in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements

Job Requirements

Education & Experience
