Inspect & test LED products (components, assemblies, finished goods).
Validate performance of LED beads, driver ICs, capacitors, inductors, surge protection systems, etc.
Conduct optical/electrical/thermal tests (e.g., LM-79, IEC standards).
Analyse test data, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes.
Lead QC inspectors and maintain detailed quality records.
Requirements:
3+ years’ QC experience in LED/electronics manufacturing.
Hands-on knowledge of LED components, circuits, and testing methods.
Ability to read schematics & technical reports.
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
