Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Apply for job openings on behalf of clients across multiple online platforms.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure in an environment primarily reliant on Sage ERP. You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage system updates, coordinate testing and production readiness of the data that supports creation and maintenance of batch records.
• Deliver continuous support to our users in an environment based on Sage ERP, Payroll, Upflow, Certify, Salesforce, and various other systems.
• Work with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to the systems and participate in all testing and release to production of these changes to the platform.

• Work with development teams and product managers to consider software solutions.
