Position: App Development and Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Booking Oversight:
   - Conduct a thorough review and monitoring of all bookings processed through our application.

2. Merchant Communication:
   - Maintain regular and effective communication with our network of merchants to ensure timely responsiveness.
   - Address any concerns or delays in merchant responses promptly and efficiently.
3. Office Attendance:
   - Begin work promptly at 11 am on all working days.
   - Adhere strictly to designated office hours, concluding work at 10 pm.
4. Availability:
   - Demonstrate flexibility by being available for work throughout the week; no weekends off.
5. Technical Proficiency:
   - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of app development essentials.
   - Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field of app development.
6. Issue Resolution:
   - Take ownership of any issues that may arise during the booking process.
   - Employ effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development / Online Bidding Expert to help us expand our clientele (initially part-time). You will be at the front of the company and must have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Responsibilities:

• Identification of new business opportunities and generating target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions

• He/ She would be responsible for bidding on Web Development, Mobile Applications, Development, Game Development, and Digital Marketing projects.

You should be capable of building Shopify themes, custom applications, private and public applications.

The minimum required technology stack includes PHP (Core PHP, MVC frameworks like Laravel, CMS development), Shopify app development using Node.js, React, Next.js, Polaris, Shopify APIs, and JavaScript (JS, JQuery).

You should be open-minded, eager to learn, motivated, and flexible with job timings to accommodate different time zones.
