Assistant Manager / Manager - Air Freight Export- Oversee air export pricing for local and international markets.
- Develop, maintain, and achieve air freight export productivity targets.
- Manage all aspects of export documentation for various services.
- Ensure timely operations management and customer service.

- Visit customers with SPO if required.
- Handle customer relationship management, commercial activities (buying and selling), RFQ handling, and key accounts management.

- Experience handling DG, Perishable, or Temperature-controlled cargo.

1. On-time and accurate processing of all necessary documentation related to international shipments.
2. Same day response to customer queries/complaints (usually online).
3. Active follow-up with Supply Chain dept. on completion and dispatch of customers’ orders.
4. Prompt update of international orders/shipments to overseas customers.
5. Successful negotiation with shipping line on transit time and freight rates keeping in view customers’ preferences.
6. Ensure accurate processing and filing of rebate on international shipments.
