Public Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation in the real estate industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR performance metrics
- Handle crisis communication and manage any potential negative publicity.
- Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Organize and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and promotional events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for brand activation, including digital and print materials
- Ensure all brand activation activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters
- Oversee the production of visual and written content for PR and brand activation purposes
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including developers, architects, and interior designers
- Manage sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand values and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector
- Use insights from research to inform PR and brand activation strategies
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in PR, brand activation, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of media relations and digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using PR tools and software, as well as social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in event planning and management
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and dynamics
- Strong network of media contacts in the real estate or property sector
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Office-based with occasional travel for events and meetings
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed for events or media engagements
