Join us as a Senior Executive, Account Management in the Account Management Domain and contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main contact for all assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Identify upcoming needs and opportunities within accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure month-over-month growth of assigned accounts.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on various metrics including commercial, operational, and marketing data.
- Forecast and track account performance metrics.
- Design marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in strategy execution and communication.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as they arise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
- Work in a fast-paced, flexible environment focused on customer service.
- Innovate, prioritize, decide, and deliver results.
- Drive towards targets with passion and persistence.
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
