Job Summary:
The Discipline & Student Affairs Officer will be responsible for maintaining discipline, overseeing student welfare, and supporting the smooth functioning of student-related activities within the school. With a science background, the officer may also assist in academic supervision, science-related activities, and guiding students in maintaining a balanced academic and behavioral performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Discipline & Student Affairs:
- Enforce school rules, regulations, and policies to ensure a disciplined environment.
- Monitor student behavior on campus, during assemblies, breaks, and school events.
- Counsel students on discipline issues, personal conduct, and social skills.
- Maintain records of disciplinary actions and report to the Principal/Administration.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and management to address student behavioral concerns.
- Oversee student attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance.
Student Welfare & Activities:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours and events.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining student records and files related to behavior, activities, and achievements.
- Prepare reports on discipline, attendance, and student affairs for school management.
- Support examination duty and supervision when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science or related field (O-levels teaching background preferred).
- Good English Communication.
- Prior experience in student affairs, discipline, or teaching O-levels will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student-related issues with fairness, patience, and firmness.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute student events and activities.
