  2. Referral of clients as per need.
  3. Update the referral directory to include new partners and develop a referral and follow-up mechanism with the referral partners.
  4. Conduct quarterly meetings with referral partners to brief them on helpline services and promote referrals both to and from the partners.
  5. Liaison and negotiate with institutions with common objectives and goals and cooperate with referral partners.
  6. Maintain a data/record of survivors of abuse for ready reference and follow-up.
  7. Analyze and evaluate programs to ensure achievement of objectives.
  8. Ensure that targets set are being achieved.
  9. Participate in other outstation project activities like capacity building trainings, seminars, workshops, and conferences as needed.
  10. Monitor the work of other staff members in implementing program activities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, with a strong focus on SAP PM. Experience in the mining industry or heavy industrial environments is an advantage.

Requirements

Proficiency in SAP PM for work order management, scheduling, and reporting. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure using SAP PM. Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and operations staff to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities. Monitor and update maintenance work orders in SAP PM, ensuring accurate tracking of work progress and resource allocation. Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, safety requirements, and operational needs. Generate and analyze maintenance reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. Ensure spare parts, tools, and other resources are available to execute planned maintenance activities effectively. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage inventory for maintenance activities. Support the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure compliance with RDMC’s safety and operational standards during maintenance planning and execution. Liaise with contractors and third-party vendors for specialized maintenance requirements. Provide input to the budget planning process for maintenance activities.

Analyze the Billing Process i.e; Unregistered Volume realization, PUG, Slow and Sticky Meter adjustments and Test Report Analysis. Monthly Reading and Surveys for Premise Status (Occupied), Temping/ Theft & rehabilitation cases. UFG reduction Strategic Role i.e; negative pressures, Tempering/ PUG/ Slow Meter Adjustments, Leftover Cases Analysis. Managing GIDC collection & reconciliation and tariff & tax matters, RLNG blended rates, customer classification, defaulter issues. Providing quality services to Customers and resolving their queries efficiently including PMDU, Ombudsman, Court, OGRA. Developed Comprehensive Strategy for UFG reduction and increase in SBU sales. To oversee and coordinate various policies/measures to control gas theft through introduction of new technologies and vigilant monitoring teams and plan / arrange raids at suspected gas pilferage points in coordination with relevant departments. To monitor and analyze section-wise and SMS-wise gas reconciliation reports and monitor the percentage, trend of UFG losses in different zones keeping the Management informed through presentations and reports. To analyze/monitor sector-wise monthly Gas Sales Trends, Minimum Billed Consumers’ cases, Sticky Meter and Provisional billing. To assist and present disputed cases to the Management Review Committee for resolving consumers’ appeals after analysis of UFG loss data. To maintain close liaison with the zones for implementation of UFG policies. To manage, motivate and train the billing department staff. To make presentations to the BOD/Senior Management regarding billing and UFG activities and implementation status. To attend OGRA meetings and respond to their queries regarding disputed gas theft cases and billing related matters. Carry out due diligence of the section by acting as internal quality control check and overseeing internal & external audits of the section.
