Provide OPD consultations for general health concerns, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions. Deliver immediate medical care, first aid, and stabilization in cases of workplace injuries, toxic exposures, and medical emergencies. Actively participate in emergency response planning, including mock drills and coordination with internal teams and external emergency services. Coordinate and manage referrals with external panel healthcare providers, ensuring timely and appropriate medical care. Identify and assess occupational health risks related to physical, chemical, ergonomic, and psychosocial hazards in refinery operations. Conduct fitness assessments and support early detection of occupational illnesses. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Lead health awareness initiatives by delivering talks, training sessions, and preventive care campaigns. Conduct first aid training for employees and designated emergency responders. Support wellness programs such as vaccination drives, periodic health screenings, and lifestyle improvement initiatives. Advise management on workplace health risks, preventive strategies, and compliance with occupational health standards. Assist in developing and implementing medical SOPs and workplace health policies. Experience
Up to 8 years of Clinical Experience from any reputable institute/Hospital, prior experience in a corporate or refinery environment will be an advantage Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills Qualifications and Competencies
MBBS from a reputable institute of Pakistan with valid PMDC Registration. MCPS in Family Medicine will be preferred. Certification/Diploma in Occupational Health preferred. Job Location

Ensure implementation of SOP’s in dialysis unit & Nephrology, monitor quality assurance & Infection control standards. Manage hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment adequate for patients with kidney failure. Explain dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysis machine to patient before treatment. Management and monitoring of patient for adverse reactions during dialysis. Advising nutrition/dietary schedule to the patient on dialysis. Ensure the quality of water purification system (R.O plant) used for Hemodialysis. Prepare and to ensure implementation of SOP’s for Renal Dialysis. Completes a nephrology assessment including types of medication, presenting symptoms and medical condition. Management of equipment’s, instruments operations to ensure regular maintenance and to keep in excellent working order. Management of patients’ Hematologic abnormalities and adjusting the dosing of ethropoiten according to patient’s hemoglobin status under the supervision of nephrologist. Monitor the patients monthly labs and follow up and adjusting the medicine accordingly under the supervision of nephrologist. Ensure safe custody of all the accessories of the dialysis unit which He/She is In charge. Accurately collects documents and reports data (vital signs, weight). Observe the patient and appropriately reports changes in patient’s condition to Staff Nurse/MO. Treat the patients politely, answer to their questions patiently and guide them properly. Ensure that equipment’s is regularly checked for accuracy and any faults are reported. Participates in the development of patient care plans. Monitor and check the dialysis adequacy and any abnormality of access site (AVF, AVG). Ensure that the equipment is not misused / mishandled. Ensure that the dialysis machines and the room where it is installed are regularly cleaned as ICU’s are cleaned. Ensure regular maintenance of water treatment plant. Checks patients’ documents regarding viral status, HIV status prior to dialysis and dialyzes any patient suffering from Hep –B, HIV on the separate machine kept for such patients. Monitor the prescribed dialysis dose, dry, weight, anticoagulation orders, ultra filtration according to patient’s physical appearance, symptoms, and labs manifestation. Performs any other professional duty assigned by the Nephrologist.
