Responsibilities- Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by coordinating micro-level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with customers to sell products as per the bank's SOP.
- Achieve sales targets ethically, following SOPs, and avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
- Make the business profitable through loan sales and increasing customer base, adhering to SOPs.
- Market bank products and develop sales strategies.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Identify business opportunities and evaluate industry prospects.
- Assess customer profiles using the five C’s of credit.
- Communicate product terms and conditions clearly.
- Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure performance.
- Ensure proactive collection and timely repayment of loans, maintaining 100% collection rates following SOPs.
- Handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse.
- Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter.
- Minimize cash handling during field operations, ensuring strict adherence to collection manuals.
- Prepare weekly activity plans and monitor deviations.
- Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs.
- Ensure loan booking compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics.
- Continuously update product and service knowledge based on customer feedback.
- Perform market research to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure no complaints are received.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Report fraud or potential losses promptly.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations to protect the bank’s reputation.
- Manage, develop, and motivate the credit business team.
- Lead the branch to meet profitability and sales targets while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Develop relationship strategies focusing on verification, disbursement, collection, and cross-selling.
- Manage the branch’s asset portfolio and ensure timely sales, verification, and collection.
- Motivate and train the sales team to meet targets.
- Plan capacity to achieve loan volume and zero defaults through effective verification and collection.
- Coordinate with operations for timely loan disbursal following SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the microfinance industry.

- Lead and uplift the branch operations team and act as a true supervisor of branch affairs.
- Work in close liaison with Branch Manager to achieve optimum results.
- Supervise & administer the operations of the branch in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and SBP prudential regulations.
- Create a working environment where customers receive the best attention and service.
- Ensure staff compliance with Bank SOPs, controls, and recommend timely staff rotations.
- Ensure dual control concepts are followed and cash safe keys and test passwords are kept secure.
- Properly sign, seal, and record all computer inputs/outputs and reports.
- Attend internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance with their reports.
- Monitor cash limits in safes and on counters.
- Prepare and submit MIS/confirmation reports as required and address customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure independent account balancing and review outstanding items monthly.
- Maintain security stationery and supervise account opening operations.
- Ensure daily cash book balancing, vault management, and report preparation.
- Coordinate all banking departments to ensure controls, customer satisfaction, and minimized risks.
- Authorize and supervise all transactions in real-time, ensuring no unauthorized transactions at day-end.
- Ensure staff backup for critical roles, punctuality, and compliance with dress code.
- Nominate staff for training in consultation with Line Manager.
- Coordinate across bank departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff behavior, report suspicious activities, and supervise security record-keeping.
- Manage HR and administrative matters for branch staff.
- Ensure all daily processes are completed, vouchers checked, and reports compiled.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
