Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team and take charge of our Territory Sales Executive - Larkana position in the South region.
Role Summary:
As a Territory Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in your territory by executing robust market strategies, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring flawless market execution. You will be the face of our brands in the field, ensuring visibility, availability, and growth in a competitive FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
- Ensure daily planned outlet coverage and maximize retail productivity.
- Maintain 100% range availability of Hayat Kimya products across all active outlets.
- Lead coverage expansion initiatives in line with annual objectives.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of the promotional budget by distributors and field force.
- Build capability of distributors and their sales teams through regular coaching and in-market training.
- Conduct market visits, monitor execution, and provide actionable feedback to drive performance.
- Foster strong relationships with trade partners to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant sales and distribution experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a leading multinational.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of delivering results through distributor-led models.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the North region.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and field sales technology platforms.
