Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Operations & Maintenance
Ensure continuous and efficient operation of HVAC systems, RO plants, and mechanical infrastructure. Oversee daily monitoring and performance checks of secondary services equipment. Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Technical Oversight
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and utility systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Coordinate system upgrades and modifications in line with operational needs and technological advancements. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system changes.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage revenue budgets for secondary services, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising operational integrity. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for optimal sourcing and budget planning.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Liaise with production, engineering, and facility teams to align secondary services with site-wide operational goals. Prepare and present performance reports, maintenance summaries, and improvement plans to site leadership. Support training and development initiatives for junior technical staff.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
At least two years of work experience in a factory or industrial setting Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proven technical capability Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Competent speaking and writing skill in English
