ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Instruction: Lessons are to be delivered using the Berlitz Method and teaching principles, while integrating technology where required. The Berlitz Learning Cycle is to be implemented at all levels of instruction, i.e., beginner, intermediate and advanced-level students of all ages in large classes, groups and private lessons, both at the Language Center and at company/client locations.

Learner Management/Learning Cycle: All administrative tasks, along with customers' progress, strength and weaknesses are to be provided in a timely manner as well as promoting LC events to customers. Adhere to your respective teaching schedules, communicate issues, concerns and requests directly to the supervisor in a timely manner. Actively participate in a professional development workshops and activities provided in the Language Center and at Berlitz corporate locations.

Additional Responsibilities: An instructor is required to conduct placements, level-checks, tests and write reports. As well as, carry out additional responsibilitiesassigned by Local Manager of Instruction.

Job Qualifications:

Education:Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required

The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers, and local authorities.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.

Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge of telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as with customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer issues as dedicated support, 24x7 based on roster
  • Lead and resolve technical issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis
  • Knowledge Management
  • Handle Software Update Management (SUM), Load IPA/EPA/EP packages on Ericsson Core nodes
  • Drive CSR review meetings with SDM
  • Perform preventive maintenance.

  • Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding.

  • Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback procedure.
  • MOP preparation with impact analysis and execution.
