The Department of Water Resource Engineering at MCE, Risalpur requires candidates holding PhD in Civil Engineering with publications and experience as per HEC faculty appointment criteria.

*The candidate must be an HEC-approved supervisor and eligible to supervise at the postgraduate level.

• Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their academic and professional documents.
• The latest education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

• 3rd Division in academic career or weak academic profile.
• NUST employees with less than one year of service or without an NOC from the Head of Institution.
• Candidates in the process of pursuing the required degree.
• Medically unfit candidates.
