Job Description : Coordinator to Export Specialist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role combines logistics management with accounting support functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations and a working knowledge of accounting principles. Responsibilities
Logistics Management Manage vendor, supplier, and freight forwarder relationships. Plan, track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Accounting Support Record logistics-related financial transactions (freight, customs duty, handling charges, etc.). Assist finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (Accounting, Business, Logistics). 1–2 years of professional experience in logistics operations with exposure to accounting. Familiarity with import/export processes, shipping documents, and customs regulations. Working knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously. Analytical skills with attention to detail in both financial and logistical data. Effective communication and vendor management abilities. Job DescriptionUpload ECCN/HS master data in GTS and maintain ECCN/HS master classification tables. Monitor compliance and technical blocks in SAP GTS and escalate these immediately to the appropriate business and/or functional subject matter experts or to the technical support team. Take the necessary actions to release in GTS orders and deliveries upon receipt of relevant data as described in GTS work instructions and in compliance with DuPont policies.
SAP GTS Compliance Coordinator responsibilities- Create work lists of new materials and prepare extracts in Excel by country and BU for HS code classification
- Get HS code information from country HS SPOC (Logistics) and upload to GTS
- Load change files from 3rd party supplier (Mendel) and perform simulation activities in GTS
- Prepare extracts in Excel by country and BU for HS code Re-classification
- Load the revised HS codes to GTS to perform Re-classification after the confirmation from HS SPOC (Logistics)
- Maintain customs tariff codes in GTS
- Liaise with and take guidance from BPO GTS, S&L Leadership and Legal
- Report all incidents and compliance risks to the BPO GTS AP and the GTS Compliance Controller
- Monitor technical and compliance blocks in GTS and escalate to business and/or functional SME (RECL, ECL, CSR, Key users of STC and WM) or to technical support team and take necessary actions to release orders and deliveries
- Compile export license from the businesses and populate the export license table in GTS
- Assign export licenses to relevant order documents
- Upload and maintain countries on national embargo lists if applicable
- Assign Tier 2 flag to new materials
- Create Tier 2 dummy licenses in the GTS license table if applicable
- Check with the business for Tier 2 relevant materials and Assign Tier 2 dummy ECCN if applicable
- Release blocked business partners after due diligence
- Monitor changes of national sanctioned parties
- Create work lists of new materials and prepare extracts in Excel by country and BU for ECCN and US Re-export determination
- Upload and maintain ECCN master data in GTS: Dual use & Military codes
- Request US classifications to US specialists/GTS US Classification Controller and/or extract US ECCNs from within GTS
- US re-export determination: Identify US-origin items and assign US re-export flag in GTS
- Experience or knowledge of order administration processes or data entry/maintenance
- Knowledge of export/import processes
- Knowledge of customs clearance formalities and import/export classifications
- Ability to independently organize daily work activities
- Good communication skills in order to liaise with the end-users in the SBU’s (CSRs, ECLs) and the various AP countries
Bachelor's degree (major in Logistics or business administration) or equivalent professional experience of at least 2 years. Experience with SAP ordering system or similar order administration systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Technical or IT Operations experience is a plus. Proficient in English
