Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Network with VLANs.
- Implement and Maintain Domian Controller and Active Directory.
- Design and Develop Network Policies.
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software.
- Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, configurations, and network security tools.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, computer software/computer systems engineering, or Electrical/electronic engineering.
- CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
- Understanding of the IT infrastructure, Networks, and Security.
- Expertise in storage, backups, centralized Wireless solutions, Antivirus solution, and Hardware (Installation / Troubleshooting).
- Expertise in Routing, Switching, Security, Firewall, and IT infrastructure design
- LAN and WAN experience.

Making I/O, LAN cables (straight & crossover), and working with WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
Conducting DTX testing, troubleshooting IP based systems, and working with IP protocols.
Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware, software, networks, and systems at the site.
Providing technical assistance and support to site employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Supervising a team of IT technicians or support staff.
Working on structured cabling and hardware systems including servers, memory modules, routers, switches, PDU and peripherals.
Reading and understanding drawings to work according to specifications.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Network Configuration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for remotely configuring, testing, and securing customer-premises equipment (CPE) across a wide range of technologies and platforms. You will collaborate with IT developers to automate provisioning workflows and ensure seamless, secure, and scalable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Configuration & Deployment
Configure and validate routers, switches, SD-WAN devices, firewalls, and media converters (Cisco, Juniper, Adtran, VeloCloud, Mushroom, etc.) for customer deployments. - Template Management & Automation
Maintain and enhance configuration templates for various ISP/MSP service types. Collaborate with software developers to automate provisioning and reduce manual effort. - Pre-Deployment Testing
Conduct functional and security testing of customer equipment to ensure readiness prior to shipment. - Inventory & System Integration
Load configuration data and metadata into inventory, provisioning, and order management systems. - Troubleshooting & RCA
Perform root cause analysis on failed or returned equipment and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Security & Compliance
Apply and maintain security policies to safeguard customer and internal networks from unauthorized access or abuse. - Cross-Functional Communication
Coordinate with technical support, service delivery, NOC, and engineering teams to ensure visibility into configuration changes and deployment status. - Process Improvement
Identify and automate repetitive tasks to focus on complex configurations and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Certifications
Junior to intermediate certifications in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS), or Adtran (ACA/ACNP) preferred. - Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting ISP/MSP customer equipment, including protocols such as BGP, MPLS, ACLs, static routing, PRI, and FXS. - Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network topologies
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud-managed networking, and electronic provisioning systems
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus
