Company Overview:
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants to ensure the timely procurement of quality raw materials
- Maintain close coordination with the Lubricants Supply Chain team to align supply planning with production requirements and avoid delays
- Prepare and regularly update product performance requirements for the procurement of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants
- Conduct detailed technical evaluations of bids submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance with required product specifications and industry standards
- Conduct benchmarking studies of existing products to identify gaps in the product portfolio and explore opportunities for new product development
- Lead formulation improvement and guide R&D/laboratory teams in developing or enhancing lubricant products
- Assist in issuing technical knowledge bulletins, lubricant circulars, and knowledge-sharing documents related to newly developed or modified products and to enhance awareness of internal and external stake holders regarding companys lubricants solution
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, conducting field trials, and supporting customer visits
- Conduct on-site technical presentations to end-users, highlighting product benefits, key performance features, and best practices in lubrication
- Deliver customized technical support for tender-based inquiries by evaluating customer specifications and recommending equivalent lubricant grades
- Conduct specialized technical training sessions and on-field coaching for lubricants sales teams (Retail, Consumer, and High-Street) to enhance their understanding of lubrication fundamentals, product applications, and competitive advantages
- Represent the company in technical seminars, industry workshops, and customer outreach events across key industrial and the automotive sector
- Review, update, and maintain technical content on the companys website related to lubricants to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current product offerings
- Support the lubricant manufacturing team in enhancing quality assurance processes, developing work instructions, and implementing improved controls for consistent product quality
- Ensure continuity and renewal of licenses, certifications, and OEM approvals for existing products while actively pursuing new OEM endorsements
- Promptly investigate and resolve technical complaints related to lubricant application, providing root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Develop and implement new SOPs in line with evolving operational requirements and quality standards
Education:
- Minimum 16 years of Engineering education, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical discipline from a renowned and HEC recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.
Experience:
- Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large-scale organization in production / maintenance team with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position. Experience in the operation or maintenance of engines, compressors, turbines, gears, and similar equipment is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP software
- Strong follow-up and coordination required
- Good communication and technical skills
- Capability of handling multiple tasks at a time
- Experience in the lubricant industry is a mandatory requirement

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor the performance, health, and availability of SAP systems across all environments (DEV/QAS/PRD)
- Conduct regular system checks including database status, system logs, background jobs, and memory/disk utilization
- Plan and execute SAP system installations, including new components, enhancement packs, and support packages
- Perform OS, database, and SAP kernel upgrades in coordination with functional and technical teams
- Clone SAP systems (e.g., for development or QA) while ensuring consistent and secure configurations
- Administer the SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and manage transport requests across environments
- Maintain system configuration and profile parameters in line with change control and performance standards
- Coordinate with ABAP and functional teams for efficient deployment of system changes and fixes
- Ensure regular, policy-compliant backups of SAP and database systems, and manage off-site/DR transfers
- Perform periodic restoration tests and disaster recovery simulations to validate recovery readiness
- Provide technical support for performance issues, job failures, system errors, and connectivity problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAPGUI, RFC connections, spool/printer errors, and background job scheduling
- Participate in DR site failover/failback testing and maintain validated documentation aligned with business continuity plans
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-4 years of related technical experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP system installations, system cloning (QAS/DEV), patching, and version upgrades to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills to support users on SAP technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and system errors
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including application teams and infrastructure support, to ensure seamless operations and recovery planning
- Knowledge of IT risk management practices, particularly in relation to system availability, data integrity, and disaster preparedness
