We're growing – and we’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialis t to help turn powerful strategic thinking into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive results.
About the Role
This is not your average marketing role. You’ll be embedded in the core of our Strategy division, responsible for taking client strategy session recordings (run by our CMO), specialist audits (web, brand, CRM, digital, etc.), and internal insights — and turning them into strategic marketing plans, activation roadmaps, and rollout budgets.
You’ll be the bridge between strategy and delivery – making sure ideas move forward and our clients experience the momentum they’ve been promised.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop marketing strategies from CMO-led recorded strategy sessions, client discovery materials, and internal audits
- Collaborate with Brighta specialists to ensure web, CRM, brand, SEO and advertising audits inform the overall strategy
- Prepare presentation-ready marketing strategies for review and delivery by the CMO
- Build activation plans and budgets, mapping out tactics, timelines, resources and KPIs in collaboration with delivery specialists
- Manage the internal handover and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the delivery team is fully briefed and aligned
- Refine templates, playbooks, and processes that make our strategy division best-in-class
What We're Looking
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing strategy, marketing consultancy or agency-side planning role
- A Strategic thinker who can develop effective marketing ideas and strategies
- Strong ability to structure marketing plans and synthesise information from multiple sources
- Confident working with subject matter experts across brand, digital, CRM, SEO and creative
- Excellent writing and communication skills – you know how to articulate ideas clearly
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with industrial, construction or manufacturing clients is a strong advantage
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, Figma or similar
