Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the management of spare parts and materials and daily operation of two warehouses in Islamabad and Karachi in Pakistan .
2. Developing warehouse management process: Responsible for revising and improving the receiving and dispatching and operation process of the warehouse in order to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
3. Inventory management: Reasonable planning of storage space and storage method of goods to ensure accurate inventory, timely reflection of inventory status and correctness of inventory data.
4.Supervise daily work: assign staff work, supervise the completion of target tasks, and conduct daily work supervision to ensure the efficiency of warehouse operation and cost control.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, meticulous and patient, competent in complex paperwork and record-keeping, good at data analysis and information collection and statistics.
6. Safety management: responsible for the safety of goods, personnel and facilities in the warehouse, conduct regular safety assessment to prevent losses and accidents.
Requirements:
1. Educational background: college degree or above, logistics, supply chain management and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work experience: with more than 2 years of experience in warehouse management, familiar with warehousing operation process and related equipment use and maintenance specifications.
3. Skills and qualifications: need to be proficient in basic office, management software, such as Microsoft Office, understanding of the characteristics of the goods and quality of the law of change, with knowledge of the use of fire equipment.
4. Work experience in administration and assistant.
