Job PurposeThe incumbent will be responsible for screening participants and data collection related to the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh (Tando Allahyar and Tharparkar). Responsibilities- Responsible for data entry under the supervision of the Field Supervisor.
- Create patient cards for all participants at the camp.
- Ensure accuracy of contact information and addresses recorded on screening forms; rectify mistakes if any.
- Ensure participants getting X-ray have their data entered on paper forms and the mobile application.
- Enter CXR scores in the mobile application, paper forms, and patient cards.
- Liaise with the local community on TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health to establish trust, gather contextual data, provide health education, and mobilize.
- Perform field duties and support team members as required.
- Participate in performance and quality improvement activities.
- Attend staff meetings and in-services regularly.
- Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki, and Urdu is strongly recommended.
- Perform other project-related duties as needed.
- Matriculation, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Basic data entry skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, ready to start immediately.

Job Description
