Purpose:
To support monthly financial closing activities, prepare financial statements, assist in internal and external audits, and help in budget preparation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate the monthly closing checklist and ensure all closing tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and meet monthly financial closing deadlines.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audit work.
- Liaise with the Head Office Secretary Office for regular financial and compliance-related matters.
- Monitor budget utilization and share monthly reports at the GL and Cost Center level with all departments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and compare actual results with the budget and previous year, highlighting major variances.
Requirements:
- ACCA / CA (Inter) with at least 2to 3years of relevant experiencein financial reporting, budgeting, or a similar finance role.
- Must be hands on using SAP – FICO and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Must be a team playerand have good communication skills.
