Hyundai Central Sales is looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
Location: Lahore
Experience: 5–8 years in Sales Operations, (Experience in the automotive industry is preferred first)
What You’ll Do:
·Oversee vehicle booking, invoicing, and delivery documentation to ensure timely and error-free processing.
·Supervise and manage the sales admin team, including coordinators and delivery executives
·Coordinate with RTO agents and insurance providers for seamless vehicle registration and policy issuance.
·Ensure compliance with Hyundai Nishat Motor standards, guidelines, and audit requirements.
·Liaise with the sales team to plan deliveries, manage pending documentation, and resolve internal queries.
·Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales, delivery, and customer documentation.
·Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and Hyundai corporate.
·Ensure proper PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and vehicle readiness before delivery to customers.
·Train and guide new team members on administrative processes and dealership software.
·Coordinate with the logistics department for vehicle receipt, stock transfers, and delivery schedules.
·Maintain confidentiality and security of customer records and payment information.
·Drive continuous improvement in admin processes to reduce turnaround time and improve customer satisfaction.

To provide support to the Sales team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation of new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. Process lead generation, inventory management, pricing trends, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance, and other Sales support functions. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
