Factor LED Lighting, a leading name in energy-efficient lighting solutions, is expanding its sales team! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive our growth and market presence in the Sukkur region.
If you have a proven track record in sales, an established network in the electrical goods or construction materials market, and a passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Sukkur territory.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contractors, electricians, project managers, and wholesalers.
- Conduct market visits to generate new leads, promote products, and secure orders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge on our full range of LED lighting products and their applications.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to regional management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the LED lighting, electrical, electronics, or building materials industry.
- Must have existing connections and a strong network with distributors and retailers in Sukkur.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation (motorcycle).
