Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Islamabad team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the study-abroad process, advising them on the best universities and programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their future. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve student enrolment targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about study-abroad options.
- Assist students in selecting universities and programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
- Follow up on leads, schedule counselling sessions, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process, from initial consultation to university application submission.
- Keep track of student inquiries, progress, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, student counselling, or customer service , preferably in the education consultancy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of international university admissions and visa processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and student records.
