- Provide general infrastructure support for maintenance and compliance, e.g., server patching, monitoring, and audit report generation.
- Mentor team members and raise the overall technical knowledge across the spectrum.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of IT concepts, issues, trends, and best practices related to Cloud technologies and system integrations.
- Apply and share knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows infrastructures with deep expertise in OS updates, patching, and optimization, especially Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Bash/Python for managing infrastructure in Linux and Unix environments.
- Experience with Linux/Unix shell commands for managing infrastructure resources via CLI.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and deployment systems like Chef, Puppet, Ansible is a plus.
- Experience with deploying and managing immutable infrastructure pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless and managed database services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with multiple persistence technologies such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, AWS DynamoDB.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments.

- Make an impact from the design phase, through the development and operation of the Storage cluster and its ecosystem on AWS Build support, tooling and create technical processes that simplify and enable engineers across multiple services Identifying and automating and scaling systems without compromising on security and reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and help improve incident response.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Expertise and experience in developing, operating, and troubleshooting storage clusters and/or other highly available systems at scale.
- Experience of running Kafka on Kubernetes.
- Good experience of one or more programming languages: Go, Python, Java, Groovy, Scala, Ruby.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code) Strong Unix or Linux background, including topics around network stack and scripting Incident response and/or incident management experience is a plus.
- Experience in other automation topics such as monitoring, CI/CD, and security is a plus.
