Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading ATS platforms
- Familiarity with recruitment in real estate or construction industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
