Required experience in US/UK/Canadian-based Limo/taxi/cab Companies.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answering Inbound calls.
- Taking the airport and local taxi/limo bookings.
- Booking over the phone, email, or online and inputting data accurately into the software provided by the clients.
- Providing a price quotation to the customers.
- Dealing with queries related to the company and bookings.
- Creating a positive brand image in front of the customers.
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company.
- Dispatching and distributing jobs on time and according to the company's procedure.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible as per shift requirements.

Requirements for the job:
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of Call Centre experience.
- People with previous experience in a Limo or taxicab Campaign will be preferred.
- Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Decent know-how of Taxi booking software (Preferably Limo Anywhere, iCabbi, Autocab).
- Ability to multi-task and a problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of Taxi/Limo dispatching.
- Shift timings are rotating, and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
- Agents will be trained for a minimum of 3 to 7 days; the training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.

JD:
The duties are as follows (but are not limited to):
1. Greeting clients in person or via telephone.
2. Answering, screening and forwarding calls
3. Facilitating communication within the business.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area as well as the sales floor.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking freshers having completed at least FA/FSc. Maximum age limit is 35. Training will be provided. The ideal candidates will be exhibitting excellent communication and intetpersonal skills, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. They will also be fluent in Urdu and English.
Job schedule: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9:30 PM (on site)
MM Alam Road: 2 candidates

DHA: 1 candidate.
