Management Consulting - Lahore, Pakistan Responsibilities:
Liaison with Head Supply Chain to plan the final delivery dates and prepare planning schedules and work statements identifying detailed facility requirements, manpower requirements, and material lists of respective sections. Strictly monitor production process to ensure precise conformance to PPC Plan. Assess appropriate manufacturing processes on the basis of production specifications and calculate tools, equipment, materials, and human resource requirements, taking into consideration plant/machines capacity data and report to Head Supply Chain. Assess direct and indirect raw material requirements in the respective sections and finalize raw material planning under guidance of Head Supply Chain. Prepare purchase plan for the respective sections. Take immediate follow-up for any unforeseen delay in manufacturing process. Liaison with all concerned departments in case of any delays. When any proceeding starts to deviate from PPC plan, immediately inform Head Supply Chain and assist in devising alternate schedule without disturbing the major delivery plan. Minimum Requirements:
BBA/B.Com Degree with relevant industry experience.

Bachelors in Polymer / Mechanical / Chemical / Plastic Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Master’s Degree shall be preferred. Candidates having experience in Plastic Injection Molding shall be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Awareness of plastics injection-mold fabrication processes.
- Create and improve injection-mold machinery.
- Research and develop new manufacturing processes.
- Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements.
- Analyze production and machinery line.
- Ensure quality output of molded components.
- Develop and design engineered plastic parts, inject molded parts and assemblies.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
- Establish the parameters for an optimal molding environment.
- Ensure environment to make plastics is appropriate.
- Analyze quality control and correct flaws.

Ensure that staff is properly using Personal Protective Equipment for personal safety and to avoid injuries.
Highly responsible for team coordination to prevent delays, confusion, and internal organizational politics.
Conduct quarterly meetings for setting, reviewing, and revising performance standards and KRAs of direct reportees, as well as conducting performance monitoring sessions as required.
