This is a full-time role for a Frontend Developer located in Lahore.

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with front-end web development, including creating user interfaces, implementing design mockups, and optimizing websites for performance and responsiveness.

This is an on-site role, and the Frontend Developer will work collaboratively with our team in Lahore.

As a Software Engineer at Expertflow, you’ll get opportunities for working in:

1. Customer-facing project developments mostly for enterprise integration of Expertflow solution components with 3rd party software such as Microsoft CRM, Cisco Contact Centers, Microsoft Teams, etc.
2. Backend services that are cloud-native, API-gateway patterned, scalable, and performant developed mostly in Java/Spring/SpringBoot, NodeJS framework, Python/Flask, etc.
3. Asynchronous / Message oriented communication topologies that are event driven and using message oriented middleware such as Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, Netty.io, NATS.io, etc.
4. Working with audio/video protocols such as WebRTC, SIP, SIPRec, RTP/RTSP, MRCP and similar for development of voice and video communication software, screen-sharing and co-browsing, and recording of interactions.
5. Scripting for Chatbots and Voicebots - train top of the line 3rd party bots such as Google Dialog Flow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, for a smoother customer-channel agnostic conversational experience.
6. Data analytics and reporting using BI technologies for real-time and historical data analysis, alerting and reporting.
7. Frontend development mostly using Angular and similar technologies.
8. Developing everything running on an automated DevOps pipeline in Kubernetes following CI/CD practices for test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous deployments.

1. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in any of the modern languages and frameworks under a code coverage tool.
2. Work with SQL and NoSQL backend such as PostGres, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
3. Understand the solution architecture, communication workflow, and the core object model.
4. Troubleshoot issues in production and QA environments.
5. Develop and consume APIs following API lifecycle management platforms such as Postman and Swagger.
6. Attention to detail for a performant and optimal implementation.

1. 4-years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar from a reputed institute.
2. 1-3 years of hands-on development experience in modern languages/frameworks.
3. Sound in system analysis and design skills.
4. Sound knowledge of Design Patterns.
5. Good SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. RESTFul API design and development.
8. Experience of writing testable code (preferably TDD).
9. Fullstack development using Java/SpringBoot or Node frameworks and Angular/React.
10. Working knowledge of code versioning systems based on Git.
11. Experience of using any design documentation tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or similar and the ability to document solution design and workflows.
12. Good collaborative problem-solving capabilities.
