Role Overview:
As a key member of our cloud infrastructure engineering team, you will use your expertise in AWS Cloud Development Kit (AWS CDK) with Python to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructures. You will translate complex infrastructure requirements into reusable, maintainable CDK constructs using Python 3.x scripting and AWS Boto3 SDK.
You will collaborate with DevOps and architects to migrate and automate cloud environments, manage deployments using CDK CLI commands, and improve infrastructure reliability. The role requires hands-on experience with Python packaging tools (pip, virtualenv, venv), testing frameworks like pytest, and debugging/validation tools such as flake8 to ensure quality code.
What does day-to-day look like:

Pulumi with TypeScript , you will build, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using
Pulumi’s modern infrastructure-as-code platform . Leveraging your expertise in TypeScript and Pulumi SDK, you will author reusable infrastructure components, manage stack lifecycles, and automate deployments across cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate infrastructure requirements into robust, maintainable Pulumi projects. Your role includes troubleshooting deployment failures, optimizing stack state management, and contributing to continuous integration pipelines to support rapid and reliable infrastructure changes. What does day-to-day look like: Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using Pulumi with TypeScript. Create reusable TypeScript abstractions and components for infrastructure resources. Manage infrastructure deployments and lifecycle using Pulumi CLI commands (pulumi up, preview, destroy). Handle stack state management and retrieve stack outputs for integration with applications and workflows. Write and maintain Jest or Mocha tests for infrastructure code to ensure quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and debug deployment issues using logs and Pulumi diagnostics tools. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to continuously improve infrastructure code and automation pipelines. Requirements: Proficiency in Pulumi using the TypeScript SDK. Strong skills in writing infrastructure code and abstractions with TypeScript. Experience with Pulumi CLI commands such as pulumi up, pulumi preview, and pulumi destroy. Understanding of Pulumi stack states and outputs management. Experience writing unit and integration tests using TypeScript testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
