Position Overview
The PIM Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and editing product information data in various ERP systems used in our Zones HQ and other Global geo team locations, insuring data integrity to support key business operations such as quotes, POs, invoicing, and SKU based reporting. This entails working directly in the ERP system or formatting the information so that is can be transferred to the Global geo teams’ ERP system.
The resource will be accountable for the daily data management and governance of hardware, software, and services throughout the product lifecycle. The goal is to support sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing complete and accurate product information promptly and employing SKU management best practices.
What You’ll Do As The PIM Specialist

- To give presentations among the Cancer Registrars related to different tumors to have an understanding of the disease process, diagnostic methods and treatment options.

Job Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and switches Experience with user management systems, domain control, and network security protocols Proficient in resolving both hardware and software/network-related issues. Experience with biometric attendance systems and ERP environments is essential. Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL will be considered an advantage. Familiar with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and IT compliance Proficient in managing internet stability, VPNs, and system performance across locations Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage IT-related crisis Willingness to travel to branch locations as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stable internet and network systems at Head Office and branches Administer LAN, WAN, and firewall configurations for secure network operations Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and applications Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime Liaise with internet service providers and vendors for hardware/network-related needs. Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness Conduct system audits and maintain technical documentation Train staff on the use of IT systems and cyber security best practices Maintain and manage biometric attendance systems with HR and MIS coordination Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues across all AIS locations
