The incumbent will be responsible for the screening of the participants and data collection related to the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh (Tando Allahyar, and Tharparkar). He/She will also be responsible for assisting community mobilizers/counselors during the community mobilization and the facilitation of the camp.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for the data entry under the supervision of the Field Supervisor.
- Make patient cards for all participants at the camp.
- Ensure all details such as contact information and addresses of participants recorded in screening forms are accurate. Rectify mistakes if there are any.
- Ensure that all participants who come to get their X-ray done have their data entered on the paper-based screening form and the Mobile Application.
- Enter the CXR scores in the mobile application, the paper-based screening forms and Patient cards.
- Liaison with the local community on TB, Asthma, COPD & MH in terms of establishing trust, capturing contextual data, providing health education, and mobilization.
- Perform field-related duties and support other team members of the team when required.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Attend regular staff meetings and in-services.
- Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki and Urdu language strongly recommended
- Perform project-related duties as required.
