CHERAF Foundation (Center for Health, Education, Research, Advancement & Fellowship) is seeking a motivated and mission-aligned Full Stack Web Developer to lead the technical buildout and ongoing development of its two flagship digital platforms: CHERAF.org – our parent nonprofit site and AMITA (American Muslim IT Association) – a career and community network for Muslim professionals in tech. This is a remote, full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about tech, design, and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites using modern frameworks (React, Next.js preferred)
  • Build out RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs (e.g. Mailchimp, job board, Airtable, LinkedIn, YouTube/Podcast platforms)
  • Implement user registration, profile features, and content publishing tools
  • Create basic CMS features for blog, newsletter, and updates
  • Develop and automate content pipelines for newsletters, social media posts, and podcast uploads
  • Integrate social sharing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
