ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

- Collection and elimination of garbage, dispose-off food waste and trash in the designated areas as per the cleaning standards
- Cleaning and sanitizing of pots, pans, equipment, utensils, exhaust food, dirty dishes etc
- Reporting food safety and other related complaints to immediate supervisor
- Assisting in preparation of hot and cold beverages, ala carte and snacks
- Assisting in preparation of various baking and cooking processes related to bakery, hot and cold kitchen
- Assisting in pre-processing of certain foods such as washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits as directed by supervisor
You should have/be:
- Matriculate with minimum 6 months to 01 year food service experience of any reputable hotel / hospital / airline / restaurants
- OR Non- Matriculate with minimum 2 to 3 years food service experience of any reputable hotel / hospital / airline / restaurants
- able to lift heavy objects/equipment like trolleys, trays etc
- ability to comprehend simple verbal and written instructions in Urdu and English
- ability to work in a team
- respectful attitude towards supervisors, colleagues and customers
