Astrik is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to support the review, enhancement, and documentation of risk and control registers. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with a background in operational risk, internal controls, and hands-on experience in the banking sector.
As the Financial Analyst, you will:- Refine and document risk and control descriptions across a range of operational areas.
- Review control effectiveness narratives and residual risk summaries for clarity and consistency.
- Consolidate inputs into structured RCSA templates or registers aligned with standard risk frameworks and control taxonomies.
- Provide editorial and analytical support to senior stakeholders reviewing RCSA materials.
- 2–4 years of experience in risk management, audit, or internal control documentation.
- Prior experience working in the Banking Industry.
- Familiarity with RCSA processes, risk libraries, and internal control concepts.
- Strong written communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MAS610 Monthly, Quarterly & Annual returns, including adjustments and financial consolidation at period-end; analyze financial results and investigate variances such as accounting issues and economic events.
- Monitor daily capital adequacy ratios, qualifying liabilities, asset maintenance ratios, and intra-group/intercompany ratios; prepare fortnightly submissions where applicable.
