1. On-time and accurate processing of all necessary documentation related to international shipments.
2. Same day response to customer queries/complaints (usually online).
3. Active follow-up with Supply Chain dept. on completion and dispatch of customers’ orders.
4. Prompt update of international orders/shipments to overseas customers.
5. Successful negotiation with shipping line on transit time and freight rates keeping in view customers’ preferences.
6. Ensure accurate processing and filing of rebate on international shipments.
7. Arrange & maintain all necessary documents, forms & certificates for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export orders.
8. Responsible for leading sales efforts and supporting company practices to enhance its reputation, market leadership and improve revenue of the firm.
9. The jobholder will be required to monitor and ensure the smooth process of export operations, from international sales order to dispatch.
