Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial with at least 6 years of experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification shall be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Review project initiative plan and develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, budget and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and proactively develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Identify existing resources and their capacity and evaluate a need resource, allocate resources, including personnel and materials, for optimal project execution while ensuring adherence to budget constraints and project timelines.

- Oversee projects related to inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory systems and develop doable strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of inventory management processes.
- Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards and collaborate with engineering teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
- Perform calculations of costs, material, labor, and time required for each project and perform quality control checks on all systems along with robust testing.
- Implement solutions to enhance the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness by leading projects focused on optimizing operational processes within the department.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards and organizational guidelines to implement rigorous quality assurance protocols for all projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, matrix, work breakdown, Gantt chart proactively addressing potential challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure project success in dynamic environments.
- Provide regular project updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions and establish clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders.
- Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, assess the efficacy and efficiency of a project once it is completed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned and ensure compliance with documentation standards and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.
- Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under their management.
- Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
