Job Responsibilities:

Qualification & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering


• Master's degree in Project Management (preferred).


• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from conception to completion.


• Experience with Primavera P6 is required for effective project scheduling, planning and control.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
