The Division

The Position

We are looking for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Deployment Lead who will participate in all phases related to the rollouts - mobilization, pre-study, and realization on activities related to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement deployments. This position will be working tightly with development teams making sure all releases are successfully planed and performed.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plan, generate, and verify release notes; communicate updates and track changes.
  • Conduct environment checks and manage deployments.
  • Provide comprehensive support before, during, and after field deployments, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Diagnose, test, repair, any deployment issues.
  • Plan and manage workflows with accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless deployment processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance deployment efficiency and quality.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Monitor deployment activities, generate reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deployment activities adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Lead and coordinate incident resolution efforts related to deployments, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Extend Dynamics 365/CRM platform using MS Dynamics SDK and .Net Framework.
  • As required, and depending on knowledge, work on delivery of tasks that have to do with the Microsoft based technologies used by the product such as ASP.NET core, Windows forms, WPF, MAUI or Xamarin.
  • Provide front-end Dynamics 365 development capabilities using known JavaScript Frameworks.

Required Skills

  • 7+ year experience on related stack.
  • Dynamics 365 (cloud and online) on a strong, confident level.
  • Technical knowledge of deployments not just on Dynamics 365 side, but also Azure Webapps, Azure API management rules etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work independently, planning the workflow accurately.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English knowledge, written and oral.

Responsibilities: - Post-Sales Support: Provide assistance and guidance to clients with inquiries or concerns after the booking of apartments or shops. - Query Resolution: Effectively address and resolve sales-related queries, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. - Client Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their bookings and addressing any concerns promptly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the transition from the sales phase to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover and consistent client experience. - Feedback Management: Gather feedback from clients and use it to identify areas for improvement in our products or services. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations, sales support, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus.
