Position Summary:
The main purpose of this position is to lead Corporate & Digital Communication, including internal communications (excluding HR communications) for the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Build the organization's online reputation through brand awareness and integrated communication plans on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and the corporate website.
- Maintain the corporate website as a primary information source by drafting and updating content regularly to tell the organization's story and enhance its perception.
- Manage online reputation by engaging with blogs and digital influencers to increase PR exposure and handle crisis management effectively.
- Create corporate videos highlighting success stories to amplify brand image across digital platforms.
- Develop high-quality corporate publications like the Annual Report, PR book, and CSV brochures to build a cohesive narrative.
- Lead the execution and branding of external and internal events on behalf of Nestlé.
- Draft and develop senior executive communications, including speeches, talking points, and visual content for the CEO.
- Manage digital internal channels such as Workplace by Facebook, Our NEST, newsletters, email campaigns, and videos.
- Lead internal campaigns and policies at the global and market levels.
- Coordinate internal communications for leadership and various functions, including campaigns and events.
- Serve as the market focal point for internal communication strategy, design, and best practices.
- Ensure internal branding compliance across all sites according to corporate guidelines.
- Experience working with multinationals, large local corporates, INGOs, or international donors.
- Experience in agency management and collaborative campaign execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with leadership teams.
- Crisis and reputation management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
