We run ROI-driven campaigns for clients across North America, specializing in PPC, SEO, branding, and full-scale content production from our in-house studio. We're now looking for a full-time, senior-level SEO specialist based in Eastern Europe who can own technical SEO, content strategy, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts.
What You'll Do Technical SEO- Conduct advanced audits (crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site speed, mobile UX)
- Implement Shopify/WordPress technical optimisations
- Manage schema markup (manual + automated approaches)
- Perform keyword research & clustering using Ahrefs, Semrush, and GSC
- Create content calendars, briefs, and internal linking strategies
- Guide writers on SEO best practices and optimise published content
- Optimize product/collection/category pages for Shopify and WooCommerce
- Handle faceted navigation, duplicate content prevention, and large-SKU site structures
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Plan and execute high-quality outreach and digital PR campaigns
- Manage backlink profile health
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in SEO, including Shopify & large-site e-commerce
- Technical Mastery: Skilled in site architecture, structured data, server log analysis, and Core Web Vitals
- Tools: Expert with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Google Tag Manager, GA4, GSC
- Communication: Fluent English (written & spoken) with the ability to clearly explain technical topics
