Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, assist with booking taxis, provide real-time support, and troubleshoot any technical or service-related issues they may have.
Your goal will be to deliver excellent customer experiences by efficiently handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally from customers needing taxi services
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling taxi rides
- Provide information about services, pricing, wait times, and estimated arrival times
- Handle technical inquiries related to app usage, booking errors, or account access issues
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues with a customer-first attitude
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies consistently
- Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred and will enable higher salaries.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with app-related inquiries
- Familiarity with taxi or transport services is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required

Job Description: We are a leading inbound contact centre working with taxi companies across the UK. We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers
- Assist with booking and dispatching taxi services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
