Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience of 0-1 years in social media management or community management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with online communities.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
