- Review all quality documents and content timely and ensure up to date authentication including but not limited to scope of services, standards of practices, MR documents, intranet content, teaching and marketing material etc.
- Ensure all employees of Outreach Medical Services receives required trainings, as appropriate.
- Act as facilitator in Comprehensive Unit Based Safety programs, providing resources and facilitation for departmental quality projects.

You are expected to hold an allied health portfolio aligned with contemporary knowledge of the health sector and community health services. The role draws on extensive high levels of specialist knowledge and demonstrated superior consolidated skills which will be required to plan, coordinate and develop high quality training programs and deliver professional care consistent with policies, procedures, and AKU values. The incumbent will be expected to work with multidisciplinary teams and support staff to reach their potential. The incumbent will also be expected to work towards acquiring international accreditation of the various allied health programs.
Specific responsibilities include:
- supporting the Associate Dean in planning and implementing the new vision and direction of allied health services
- implementing clinical governance and training frameworks ensuring best practices and safe quality systems
- working in collaboration with Business Managers, under the guidance of the Associate Dean to develop, implement and monitor clinical governance frameworks and practice principles across all disciplines
- working strategically with key stakeholders to engage and maximise community opportunities

- experience managing multidisciplinary/transdisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve agreed deliverables
