Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
The main purpose of this position is to evaluate and review the organization’s daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring bills are paid on time and resolving any bottlenecks related to payment postings or refunds.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support cash management operations at field offices daily to ensure smooth processes.
- Manage processing of daily cheque payments from preparation to disbursement to contractors, suppliers, and staff.
- Ensure cheque payments are prepared within 24 hours of receiving the payment voucher from the relevant department.
- Verify vouchers related to tax deductions and other fees of employees and contractors.
- Initiate delivery of cheques via courier daily.
- Verify accuracy of posting/payment entries in the ERP system and disbursement.
- Assist in preparing reconciliation reports and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations of assigned accounts and resolve issues promptly.
- Compare received pay orders and cheques against accounts receivable invoices and ensure deposits in Disbursement Bank Accounts.
- Ensure timely posting/deposit entries in the ERP – Accounts Receivable module.
- Support review, analysis, and fulfillment of cash management needs of Cash Offices.
- Monitor and review cash in hand reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the company's policies and ethics code.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
The main purpose of this position is to assess, monitor, plan, and manage the cash flows and company’s financing matters. The incumbent arranges to borrow funds from approved lending institutions in line with the prescribed policy aimed at maximizing liquidity. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for forecasting daily/monthly cash requirements and monitoring imprest accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, monitor, and periodically update sources of financing from lending institutions such as modarabas, leasing companies, investment firms, and local or foreign commercial banks to finance long-term or short-term projects as needed.
- Initiate funding and coordinate with financing sources such as lending/financial institutions for short-term/long-term financing to meet the company's fund requirements and loan repayments.
- Review and analyze financing models to assess the most suitable options for projects, considering key instruments such as interest rates, internal rates of return, installment plans, security requirements, and Earnings per Share. Prepare detailed reports for review and approval by senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Support management in negotiating loans from financial institutions at competitive rates.
- Review monthly reconciliations of running finance accounts.
- Ensure no outstanding debts are overdue and settle dues within the terms of loan agreements.
- Review drafts of agenda items for Board approval and all documents before submission for disbursement of loans and creation of charges.
- Monitor and assess petty expenses of Cash Offices and review Imprest Accounts for various departments, ensuring regular reconciliations.
- Monitor processing of daily cheque arrangements, disbursements, and bank reconciliations, resolving any issues.
- Review ERP-generated reconciliation reports and Imprest statements regularly.
- Arrange Letters of Credit through designated banks against purchase orders/contracts, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Business Principles, Ethics Policy, and Code of Conduct.
- Undertake any other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor.
