The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, project management, and metrics evaluation, along with a passion for our mission and a deep understanding of consumer preferences among urban and peri-urban poor communities around Lahore. Key responsibilities include: Developing new marketing strategies that generate word-of-mouth and utilize cost-effective guerrilla marketing approaches. Managing the execution of existing marketing initiatives, including subscription models and partnerships with local organizations. Training marketing staff and officers to optimize performance.     • Coordinate with Centre Managers, Business Partners to understand their centre specific branding needs and also to ensure implementation of suggested activities and response towards brand building activates.
    • Oversee marketing and advertising activities across franchisees to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • To work efficiently and effectively on any assignment assigned from upper management.
