Position Overview

The PIM Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and editing product information data in various ERP systems used in our Zones HQ and other Global geo team locations, insuring data integrity to support key business operations such as quotes, POs, invoicing, and SKU based reporting. This entails working directly in the ERP system or formatting the information so that is can be transferred to the Global geo teams’ ERP system.

The resource will be accountable for the daily data management and governance of hardware, software, and services throughout the product lifecycle. The goal is to support sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing complete and accurate product information promptly and employing SKU management best practices.

What You’ll Do As The PIM Specialist

Employees employed in the role of PIM Specialist shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

  • Learn, understand and execute the SKU management needs for the designated Zones locations.
  • If appropriate, format the SKU information in a manner that can be transferred to other Global geo teams’ ERP system.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product information as per the policies and procedure laid out in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond and process all product modification requests in a timely and accurate manner throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide support to Global geo teams during their standard operating hours (local time)
  • SKU requests are processed in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Other SKU or data related requests or projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • Graduate – Any Specialization.
  • Written: Successfully prepare written communication. Candidate should be able to accurately enter large quantity of data from single/multiple sources in a prescribed format at the required level of accuracy
  • Verbal: Have good articulation and should be able to manage escalations in a professional manner
  • Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast paced growth environment.
  • Works well in a team environment and is accountable to take ownership to achieve personal and team results.
  • Customer-centric focus to investigate and take actions to meet customers' current and future needs and to interact well with other departments.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in an Offshore/Outsourced model in a combined sales/operation/supply chain function; reseller hardware/software industry preferred.
  • General understanding of information technology products and terminology preferred.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to be part of our Supply Chain team in Lahore.

What We Expect

  • Ensure the product and package quality remains at the required quality by the organization. Custodian of Quality related records.
  • Manage the daily quality reports from the quality control staff and take corrective measure if required. Carry out tests specified in daily quality plans and work plans within the assigned department
