- Assign daily targets to team members or ensure that they are aware of their daily targets.
- Motivating the sales team and maintaining high morale for sales and execution.
- Visit the market with sales team members, ensuring a complete visit at least once a month with every team member.
- Ensure regular market visits, particularly to ‘A’ category shops.
- Handle all complaints from shopkeepers/clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure all cancellations of orders are adequately justified.
- Ensure that no credit is given by any sales representative unless approved.
- Ensure proper load (no under or overload) is transported in delivery vans.
- Follow up with sales representatives on their daily work.
- Check the productivity of the sales representatives’ team.
- 4 – 5 Years Relevant Experience, at least 2 years as a team leader or sales supervisor in Pharma and Consumer (FMCG).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Strong Communication skills, and Agility.

Manage and supervise all types of construction activities for different kinds of projects. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of IPCs for all Civil & MEP and Structural works of the project.
- Preparation of bill of quantity for the materials required for the project and cost estimation.
- Procurement of all materials used for this project.
- Preparation of necessary document modifications based on site conditions.
- Material forecasting.
- Preparation of project budget.
- Creation of all types of drawings (detail/shop drawing).
- Preparation, checking, and auditing of sub-contractor bills.
- Materials inspection and approval for construction.
- Analysis of rates.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation for all kinds of projects.
- Strong knowledge of surveying and the ability to use all types of survey equipment.
- Any other task assigned by the company/head of engineering section.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years’ experience in supervision of new construction and remodeling projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
- Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
- Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management.
