UI/UX Designer

Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across digital banking platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define user requirements, design objectives, and project timelines.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all digital banking products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and design best practices to improve our digital banking experience continuously.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects with an emphasis on digital banking or fintech products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
• A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
